Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Darkslight Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our Services

Darkslight Technologies provides mobile app development, web development, and related software services. Our "Service First, Pay Later" model means:

• We complete your project before requesting payment
• You have the opportunity to review and test the deliverables
• Payment is due only after you are satisfied with the work
• All terms, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon before commencement

Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate and complete project requirements
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Providing necessary access to systems, accounts, or resources
• Payment upon project completion and approval

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for custom work created for your project transfer to you, including:

• Source code
• Design files
• Documentation
• Custom graphics and assets

We retain the right to use general knowledge and experience gained. Third-party libraries remain under their respective licenses.

Payment Terms

• No upfront payment is required
• Payment is due within 7 days of project delivery and approval
• Accepted payment methods specified in the project agreement
• Late payments may incur additional charges as specified

Warranties

We warrant that:

• Services will be performed with professional skill and care
• Deliverables will substantially conform to agreed specifications
• We have the right to provide the services

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Darkslight Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, payment will be due for work completed up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, India.
